I wasted 6 months trying to get a heel lift with a wedge the Dr ordered. They do not measure. They have to go on what you tell them. I tell them what is wrong with it and they adjust it completely different than what I am telling them. It caused me severe pain and damaged my foot. awful. Maybe they should just stick to ordering shoes and not interacting with patients who really need their help.
