If this could be negative stars it would be. Horrid experience with this company. The two people working on site are nice, but the structure of the business seems to be such that they have no power to help you directly with messed up invoices and you have to do all the leg work with their offshore customer support team to correct wrong charges. If I could give zero stars, I would. This experience has been nothing short of terrible. When I signed up two years ago, I was repeatedly charged for a service I never requested. Despite reaching out, they refused to refund those unauthorized fees. Now, they’ve renewed my contract without my consent, even though I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls to prevent it. The pin on the map takes you to the wrong building. Once I found the real office, about 4 blocks away, it was poorly marked. If the doorman isn't at the elevator bank, there's no way to get to the Regus office. The logistics of this Regus just seem too darn hard to be worth using on a regular basis!
Good space for an office, but a bit claustrophobic for me. Excellent staff!
Don’t do it please don’t they are racist my office was vandalized no help Joseph Yates still haven’t contacted me over 30 days so many issues I can’t count if you are a small business or large run as fast as you can this is your last warning it low cost for a reason !
