In addition to withholding your security deposit without an explanation for over 60 days, they have the nerve to reply to your one-star review and claim that they don't know you. After renting office space for two years and paying all my invoices on time, Regus continues to withhold my security deposit. Their contract states that they will return the deposit after 30 days of vacating. Nevertheless, after 55 days of vacating the building they not released my deposit or offered an explanation for the withholding. If you have a small business, stay away from them.

When our credit card expiration date changed, we were charged a late fee on our account, even though their website was inaccessible and had massive technical problems for the weeks leading up to the due date of this invoice. We asked them to be reasonable about it, given that it was their fault. But they refused and said that we owe the fee, even though their website had been having chronic issues. I am not happy with their service and I do not recommend Regus. Stay away if you can.

Hard to reach their cooperate office, which hard to find a real person to explain issues.
