Although the front desk people have always been great, everything else about Regus is awful. For example, you can never, ever get anyone on the phone. They engage in deceptive contracting. And Google absolutely hates Regus: your law firm or business will never rank highly on Google as long as you use this address. P.S. Even their response to this is awful. My wife rented space with this company and it seems at every turn they’ve lied or misrepresented things. Early on the in the contract with Regus she told me how the sales person misled her and how she was annoyed and inconvenienced her. I was with her a few days later when she got a call from Regus and she said “oh this must be customer support calling to follow up” - no. It was a sales person trying to sell her an upgraded package. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scammers. The salesman scammed me into incorrectly signing up and charged me more than we agreed upon initially. I signed a contract for 1 year at their 1101 Pennsylvania Ave NW location. I created an LLC, entered business contracts, ordered marketing materials, and registered my business with various government entities as a mailing address. Awful awful awful company. They will attempt to scam you and trap you in contracts you never agreed to. They will not listen to you and will lie straight to your face, transfer you to another worker, who will tell you that you're out of luck. Predatory liars. I cannot warn enough that Regus is an AWFUL company to do business with. STAY AWAY!
