Negligent medical doctors Birmingham Radiological group is still listed as having an address in this location although in a recorded phone call (see video below) in May 2022 their building manager told me they were not located here and only had a then defunct virtual office. The team at Southbridge Regus is great. My beef is with the company as a whole. I rented a space there for about 6 years. The rate went up in the middle of a lease so I'm not sure what good the leases are. I was charged $200 once and asked what the charge was for and no one could tell me and ended up paying it anyway. I was charged a second deposit fee after my existing lease in one of my offices rolled over from a 24 month term into a month to month term. I'm sure I'm not getting that back. I have had an absolutely nightmarish experience with Regus Southbridge Birmingham. Despite receiving written confirmation of the termination of my account, it has been nearly two years, and I am still being invoiced for expensive monthly payments. I haven't used any of their services, yet the charges continue to pile up. What’s worse, Regus has now completely stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. We have used Regus for several years now and we have been content with the services but today was exceptional! Tongia was the receptionist and upon our first encounter I knew she was different!! She was professional, energetic and a problem solver!! I suggest Ms Tongia be the trainer for all receptionists with Regus bc she made a great impression on our staff and our clients. I hope she stays at the Southbridge location!!
