I have been coming to Regis for many years I always ask for this amazing lady by the name of Evelyn she really listens and goes out of her way to make you look like a millon bucks.

Went in with the picture came out looking like a boy my hair has never been this short my life they give me my money back but I asked them to put hair extensions in my hair and they told me NO so now I’m wearing a wig until my hair grow out.. their customer service is horrible....
Well you could start by not selectively letting people in and making others wait outside before the store opens. And then making some wait 20 minutes outside only to find out that the woman that was let in has an appointment that will take two hours. I was not allowed to wait I was told to return at noon when her co worker is supposed to show up. From the time your employee let one customer in and made another wait outside was twenty minutes. Bobby did an amazing job on my hair cut . He’s my new hairstylist I have an upcoming appointment with him again and I’m excited to have met him he’s so dang awesome I’m very very pleased with him big time hand down he’s the guy you want as a hairstylist
