Very disappointed with my haircut and color, asked for long bob don't look like it, asked for ombre color nothing like it but yea was charged $150.00 for the service that was not at all what I asked and this was manager that did this , so no don't recommend
Terrible customer service. I went up to register and stood there, both women just looked at me and continued. No greeting, no acknowledgement, nothing. At least one of them could say 'will be with you in a minute' or something like that. After being ignored for sometime I yelled and asked if someone is available to cut hair and then she replied it will be 30min. Can't believe I went back after 30min to get the worst haircut ever. Will never get haircut here again. AVOID THIS PLACE
I walked in and asked if anyone had time for a hair cut and a woman with green hair said she didn't have time so she asked a guy if he had anytime and he replied with"Uhh isn't there anyone else?" She says no and he agrees with a sigh to cut my hair but says to come back in thirty minutes. Needless to say I never went back they were so rude! Not welcoming at all I felt like an inconvenience.
I went to Regis to get a relaxer/perm. I have mixed hair so it is very hard for me to find a place that won't burn my scalp or that won't leave me looking like a puff ball after words. Lovely at Regis was amazing! She was very professional and friendly. She took the time to ask me how I wanted my hair to feel and look after it was done (whether I wanted her to use oil or grease in my hair). I recommend this place and Lovely to anyone looking for a relaxer/perm.
