My hair was completley butchered by Mariah, despite mentioning concerns throughout. Manager Elaine "fixed" it which only further butchered my hair and with no remorse. She was condescending, blamed "build up" as the reason my hair "falls a certain way" instead of acknowledging how badly they ruined my hair. Denied me a refund, would not provide me with the number to contact corporate instead just told me what I could Google to look it up. I just brought my 5 year old here for just a trim. I am very particular about his hair and she said she’s been cutting hair for 20 years so I thought all was good. No, she completely RUINED his hair and he has his very first picture day on Tuesday ! I am NOT happy. I will NEVER go here again and I suggest you don’t either ! �
I called yesterday to make an appointment with Juan,the stylist that I normally go to, only to find out that he left and is no longer there. It left me in a real bind and I had to search for another stylist. I had to go to Naomi to get my hair done today.
I brought my little lady in to get dolled up for her first dance recital and boy did I pick the right spot! I'm not good with names but WOW Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, all of you that pitched in. She was a true princess today and my heart almost burst when I saw her on stage. Y'all are awesome!!

I've been everywhere and Paula's the first person to actually make my hair turn out the way I want it to. She's very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. I love it here!
I love my stylist Paula. She is great with color and will offer her expert opinion. I haven't seen any of the stylists there put out bad colors or cuts and they are as accommodating to clients as possible.
