My experience has always been "GREAT"! Very friendly office staff along with Dr. McHugh and EXCELLENT results from my treatment.
Outstanding medical service provided by a most qualified, experienced, profession and proficient physician/surgeon.
I had an excellent experience.I had a basal cell removed and wasn't going any further with it and he took the time to call and talk with me several min. about the procedure and why I should have it and it turned out it was the only way to get all of the cells out. The Mohs Micrographic Surgery. It took some time but the office had drinks and snacks and a very clean bathroom and two setting rooms for us to relax in. The receptionist, nurses and Dr Mc Hugh were awsome.
Dr. McHugh is a top notch Mohs surgeon. Every step was explained to me. He and his office staff were professional and caring. This was my first experience with basal cell skin cancer which in itself was very frightening, however they were very reassuring. I am hoping there will not be a second event, however if there is I will choose this surgeon again. I highly recommend Dr. McHugh and his staff.
I was pleasantly surprised at Dr. McHugh's friendly and outgoing personality, and likewise was my nurse Ashley's very friendly and pleasant nature. I didn't have to wait hardly any time from my appointment time to get started for my skin surgery, and everything between the Doc and my nurse went very smooth. This was my first ever, at age 62, need for any kind of skin problem, which was cancerous , and this office is where I will surely return if ever I have another episode.
Doctor and staff are very professional, everything was explained well before, during and after the surgery. Excellent followup after the procedure also.
Dr. McHugh did an excellent job on my Mohs surgery and he was willing to see me for several follow-up appointments, because I had developed a rash after the surgery . Both he and his staff were accommodating, kind and professional.
I would definitely recommend Dr. McHugh, very thorough, made me feel very comfortable, explained each part of procedure. Has a wonderful office staff, facilities were very accommodating.
