Ascentium Capital leased two credit card terminals to me that never worked properly. Merchant Pro / Link was the processing company who was my provider. Merchant Pro / Link was the ones that signed me up. I gave them 9 months to fix the problems they never fixed the problems. Problems were freezing up, losing sales, not taking cards and the problems go on and on. I found EnerBank to be extremely easy to do business with. I really appreciated the ease in which the loan application process worked, and the follow-up documents were all made available on their website. And I liked their use of simple terminology and clear contract terms.

It was easy to get the loan, however, we have been overpaying on the payments each month to pay this off in the required time. When one makes a payment of double, only the required amount is applied to the balance NOT the whole payment amount, so that extra money sits in their account to gain interest. We have pulled another loan from another company with lower interest rate to pay off this one. Will be waiting to see if we get all of our interest money back from this company. So quick and easy to get approved. No pressure and technical issues about repayment. Only contacted once to let me know repayment date had changed because the contractor was not done working on the windows. And contacted me a second time only to let me know as long as I had the full amount paid by the end of my 15-month term, I would not be charged interest. Love this.......I would definitely reach out to them again.

Regions has repeatedly made me aware as a customer I am not important. They charge crippling overdraft fees, and then try to upsell you. I've tried to go to my branch to fix the issue..but branch manager did not have enough time to speak with me..and was on her way to lunch at 10:30..10:30..okay..Ive called the corporate office and had the pleasure of speaking to a monotone person who listed a complaint..still waiting to talk to someone who has authority to help..The Christmas Eve stunt is the end for me. Enerbank's 0% financing for 12 months enabled me to get my house painted and a few years ago, Enerbank financed the rebuilding of my back patio, again at 0% interest for a year. I wish all financial institutions provided the same great terms to consumers.
