$* service fee every month. Pretty shady practices that made it difficult to pay my loan off. No responses to email support requests. Took me two weeks and sitting on hold multiple times (30+ minutes each) to get a payoff amount so I could pay my loan off.

Regions bank is without a doubt the worst financial institution I've ever dealt with! Their policies are simply created to pad their own wallets with no thought or concern on helping the customer. If you have a problem with Regions bank you are 100% on your own. If you go into the branch to resolve and issue they tell you to call the customer call center. The overall processing of my application was simple and straightforward.
Absolutely terrible. If you want very little customer service, no one to answer your questions, and hours on the phone for help, this is your bank!!!! I cannot even cancel my credit card with them easily. This is an example of a bank that grew too large, too fast. PLEASE bank locally if you want quick help and peace of mind.

Called for a payoff, as EnerBankUSA does not post on website. Nor do they include it on their statements in mail or online. I waited 25 minutes to finally received the payoff amount. Tried to pay on their website and received error message stating the amount was over allowed amount. Reduce to allowed amount and got error message my bank would not allow. - This last turned out to be false statement per my bank. So, I went to my bank app and added EnerBankUSA as a payee and sent payment. My bank processed payout in 2 days. It ... read more
