The entire process was very easy and convenient. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and answered all our questions.
I was charged 3 overdraft fees because I made a payment and didn't realize I was about $8 off in my account. I immediately (within 2-3 minutes) transferred the money into my account to make sure I had what I needed to cover my payment. They charged me $72 in fees for the 2 pending transactions I had for the 3 minutes my account was "pending negative" and then of course that did throw my account into the negative and then charged me another fee. Did a car loan with them...paid it off after several years. A couple months go by...I receive a letter stating It's paid off but no title...upon calling I'm informed that they no longer file for release of lean and a new title....tell me to go down and wade through the dmv...good luck don't call us.They also forgot to send the lean release that Texas requires (it's quite specific) This is the first and only bank I've ever had do this. I've since paid off another car with a different bank...3 weeks later the title shows up...... read more

Very difficult to find the right web site on line to make a payment. When you do make a payment, it does not give a balance of what is owed.

The ATM took a $1900 cash deposit, and then it shut down completely. It showed the balance in my account until the next morning, then $1900 just evaporated out of my account. Now it's 3 days later and they have no idea where my money is. They also have done nothing to help. They said 24-48 hours while transferring me back and forth to the Pensacola call center.
