I have referred numerous people to you since 2019 when i started this process to include my sister who is currently building a home after getting a mortgage through you and Regions. It was very quick and easy. Answered a few questions, was put on hold for about 30 seconds, and the rep came back on the line with my loan approved. Easy-peasy! Chose the date I wanted to make my payment and my auto-deduction is scheduled. It's all done for me and I just get a notification for my payment. Doesn't get any easier than that! As a former paratrooper I find it absolutely despicable a company with such predatory tactics and down right criminal behavior could be a well known institution. I have never been late on ANY payments in my entire life until opening a regions credit card. They have an auto draft feature that's automatically set up for the actual due date, but the payments always pend for at least 3 days, making the on time payment "late". So you get hit with a late fee, with an email sent no less than 4 DAYS after the actual event. Making it... read more

They post transactions to make your account go negative so they can hit you with the over stave fee. There customer service reps don't care and never offer to help with anything. I will be looking for a new bank as I'm tired of all the extra crap they put u thru. Stay far away from regions bank there just a bunch of thief's
