Regions Bank does NOT care about their customers at all. I didn't have overdraft and I had 131.00 in my account there was a charge that went through for 1425.09 not even alert or anything when I called to ask how this happen they couldn't give me an answer told me it would take 10 business days to investigate. I don't know anyone that can go 10 days without access to their money. WORST BANK EVER! DO NOT BANK HERE. There's ALWAYS an issue with this bank. ALWAYS. They are not up to date with the times either. I always deposit my checks in this account because they give the option to get your funds immediately. Even with the exorbitant fee for such service, I always paid it for the convenience but boy oh boy. I was called pertaining to the contract job completion, I was asked about the satisfaction, I explained some of my disappointments that had been taken care of and i was advised that the warranty and first payment papers were on there way via USPS.

We had a loan through this company. They do not provide any information through their website, it only allows you to make a payment. You cannot see your balance, statements or any other information. We paid off our loan and needed documentation showing the balance was paid in full to provide to our new lender. It was a very good transaction from the start to finish, they kept in touch and checked on how the contractors were doing and even called a few days after the job was done to see if I liked the work they did. And I feel received a fair loan rate of 6.99% with fair loan payments. I give them 100% for what I received.

My mom was trying to Zelle me $260 and she got prompted to call basic mainline number for verification after 30 minutes of speaking and answering Robot Reggies questions, she was directed to fraud prevention and had to wait another 30 minutes.
