It's zero stars, really. Words can't describe how terrible EnerBank is. I am asking the company- ****'s Waterproofing in ********, ** - who recommended we work with them on the loan for our waterproofing to sever ties with them. We paid monthly on a two year loan then then were two months late for the final payoff and were charged over $7,000 dollars for a $19,000 dollar loan because they compounded the interest for the 60 days, even though we'd paid half of it and the paid the remainder two months late due to a family emerg... read more
