I had a consumer loan with them and it is the worst experience I've ever had. I had automatic electronic payment set up on my loan. Suddenly in March I got a late fee. I called their customer service and they said they changed payment services and would reverse it. The next month, same thing happened. I called again and got the same answer. I have three loans for utility work with Enerbank. I set up autopay on all three loans on day one. This spring they assessed me a bunch of late fees. I have paid every bill on time and have never had a late or missing payment. The manager was very friendly and spoke as she walked by to her office. I waited my turn and noticed the lady in front of me was making a large deposit also. The teller seemed very dry and rude.
