I have been a Regions banking customer since 2009. In the last two months I have had horrible experiences dealing with the personnel minus one person Robert R**** here in Tampa. Robert has been exceptional and should be in charge of commercial banking as the current person in that position Michael J**** has god syndrome and makes you feel like you are lucky to be a Regions customer from his cushy desk. Horrible service! Staff is not friendly and wait times are ridiculous. Can never just get what you need done on the fly, it's always different rules that come up.
