GOT THE QUESTIONS ANSWERED AS NEEDED, BUT HOLD TIME, PLUS BEING DISCONNECTED TWICE, NOT GOOD.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. After waiting months to receive the title to my automobile from Regions after I paid off my loan, and after making a number of very time consuming telephone calls to Regions national customer service to inquire about my title, I am both disappointed in and upset with Regions Bank which not only, through its incompetence and negligence, lost the title to my automobile but now has the gall to tell me that it is my responsibility, and at my time and expense, to obtain a duplicate title. I have regions account for over. Five years when I open the account I sign on for overdraft alert with regions if your account is in overdraft After!12 midnight you will accrue $***** They stop sending me alert during business hours and sent me at 2-3 am in the morning after the take there fee out I spoke to them about it they when they update there system it deleted the previous settings I reset it again the same thing happened what do I do they take a lot of money out of my account
Process really easy, and quick. Staff really professional and friendly. Definitely great experience!!!
The overall process was relatively easy, other than there was some initial confusion from the contractor who gave me the wrong phone number. The e-file was fairly easy to understand and I liked the option to read through all the forms online, or print a copy for my records.
I have been banking with them for 7 years and have done many deposits with them and they always hold the funds. I deposited a smaller check from the company I have been employed by for 5 years and they put the longest hold they have done on this one and refuse to release the money. I have a few accounts and this is by far the worst bank I use.
Very easy to work with and even called after the job was done to see how we felt about it. Would use again!
This was an easy loan with the terms spelled out clearly and it was expedited in a timely manner.
