I went to regions to report fraudulent activity on my credit card. I was upfront and told them I did not have my license on me and they said no problem we can cut the card off. Withholding the information that I would not have access to my funds. They then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t get a new card until 9 am the next day. I explained the situation to a “manager” who told me he could give me $** from my account but that’s all. I have used EnerBank a few times to make renovations or significant purchases for my home. They’ve been easy to work with, readily available and proactive in monitoring the progress of ongoing work. Customers need to understand the repayment timing and details to obtain the benefit of the EnerBank approach.

Very Disappointed customer with Regions Bank Fraud Investigation. My debit card was fraudulently used while I was in another state. The card was physically with me during this time, a report was made to Regions Bank Immediately and they completed an investigation in 5 days and denied my case. They never reached out to me about the fraud, 3 transactions were made back to back in a location I have never been. This company is awful to work with. Their customer service is terrible, no one seems to be able to answer questions, and they have mis-applied my payment every time. When I call to get it rectified or get clarification on why this issues keeps happening, the reps I speak to are unable to articulate why it happens, nor are they able to correct/fix it. We went to Regions Bank to speak with a financial advisor, in June 2018 to move a majority of our money from a IRA that had matured, to an IRA that was paying a higher interest, and a small portion of that money into a money market account just in case of medical issues. When we got the monthly statement for the money market account, the total amount from the original IRA was showing in the money market account.
