Enerbank got us the loan and made the process relatively painless! Also, when the contractor had issues with supplies to get the job done, Enerbank extended the completion date, no problem.
They keep you informed of the progress for contractor by letting you approve all money released to them.
Very easy to work with and efficient. They also made extending the loan easy when the contractor was running behind schedule.

The worst customer service. Folks who answer the phones have no clue, t*** **** *********** ***, when you online chat, **** ***. I went to activate my new card. Couldn't do it via the web, called the number, still couldn't activate it. Called customer service, Ashley said she activated my card and to cut up my other one. So I did. Guess what?
