I deposited the paper check via mobile banking only to learn that Regions was holding the check for 7 BUSINESS days. I am a school teacher working for a well known company, I understand some holding as a caution but not releasing any of my money and holding for 7 BUSINESS days is poor customer service. I do not recommend this bank.

I worked all month long for my check, just for them to not make my funds available. They say they are making me wait 2 MORE weeks so I ended up not getting my check today. They also like to control how much money you can send at a time and if you go over their low limit you have to call in. This is the WORST bank I have ever had and regret opening this account. I should have never left my old bank
