They post transactions to make your account go negative so they can hit you with the over stave fee. There customer service reps don't care and never offer to help with anything. I will be looking for a new bank as I'm tired of all the extra crap they put u thru. Stay far away from regions bank there just a bunch of thief's

Ours was a major remodel. It was expensive but it has made a huge difference in the way we live in the house. Having the option of no interest made this project doable.

The home improvement loan process, is lacking serious access of information. There customer website is dysfunctional and does not help or show critical information that is needed. The paper statements are useless as well. There is a lot of mystery as to why the are not transparent showing the accrual of daily interest charges and or payoff information. In a day and age of technology this is terrible transactional transparency.

Jacob from your institution called me because I left a message for someone to contact me regarding a dispute in an error report in my credit report. When Enerbank initiated a pull of my credit report, Enerbank entered the wrong address. How I discovered it? JPM Chase bank pulled my credit report as well, and they found an entry and questioned me about an address in which I do not know about. JPM Chase told me to contact their Credit bureau.
