EnerBank has very unreasonable daily interest that they charge customers. In our case, my elderly mother who financed a walk-in tub. Please read the fine print. They charge interest by the day, it's worse than a credit card. Ask questions before allowing them to finance something for an elderly person.

Lacking in technology, terrible customer service. No way to view any loan details online like payoff amount, balance, interest rate. You can only view your current amount due and make a payment. Forget trying to call. If you do you will be on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes. Once you get someone on the phone, expect someone with little knowledge of the way the loan is structured and with no goal to be helpful. Responses are curt and dismissive. Very disappointing and will not use them again.

Card got hacked showing charges from best buy. Regions sent me a new card and three days later I get charged by best buy again. I might could see it happening if I shop at best buy but I don't. They also don't care if you want over draft or not. I have put no overdraft protection and still keep getting charges for it. Regions is only good for taking your money stay away
Our project could not have happened without the financial flexibility offered by Enerbank to finance our entire project! Great to work with over the phone and great rates! Funding was in place before work began and Enerbank followed up before project was completed to ensure everything was going to my satisfaction. Highly recommended !

I was called that my mortgage payment needed to increase. We found out that I had to contact the prior home owners insurance company and submitted a check . I was told that after the check submission we would be back to normal payments . I started to receive calls grain regions that my payments have increased ... I spoke with the team and explained what was discussed around august ... she told me that they accidentally submitted the check to principle they will just need to reverse the payment do an analysis and everything s... read more

I have a suggestion for Ener Bank after reading many of the poor reviews. I'm a relatively new customer after taking an $**** loan for a sewer pipe replacement. Have made 3 payments thus far having divided **** by 12 months. Payment within 12 months negates all interest on the loan. It is a bit unsettling, however, to see a cost of $****** vs. **** if you go over the 12 month period. The thought being - Ener would profit greatly if you missed the 12 month deadline. They would avoid problems with clarification.
