I can never get any service with my car loan. No app, no online support, just bills that they send to the wrong address. I've updated my address with them multiple times and they still send my bill to my previous address. My car finally got repossessed and that was the first time I got someone on the phone in less than half an hour. Now that I got it back I just an hour on hold and they can't answer my question. Literally the worst

Negative Stars. Avoid Enerbank Loan Company. My home reno loan $ ** K was distributed when the home project was finished on 02/15/21. On O2/24/21, I paid off $ ** K via Enerbank Payment system online ; On 03/03/21, Enerbank website shows that my $ ** K online payment on 02/24/21 did not go through as they could not locate my BOA account although my bank account number is correct and my BOA said there is no restriction on my bank accounts. Enerbank does not do their due diligence when verifying account numbers. My personal account was pinged for a loan payment from another person who shared a similar bank account number. I have zero business dealings with Enerbank and when I informed them of their mistake, they basically were unhelpful and acted like this is no big deal and to just freeze payments through my bank and file a reversal. In this time of great need with the covid-19 pandemic, Enerbank has been very considerate in adjusting their requirements for payment. Now that I have also been a victim of the Texas freeze and broken pipes in my house, Enerbank has been even more considerate with me and my needs. Thank you and without a doubt, I highly recommend Enerbank to my friends and family members.

Dissatisfied with their customer sevice. *Not able to see balance on the website, website needs to be updated *No one will answer the phone, on hold for two hours *Needed payoff information, will not give a complete answer *The check from my bank was cleared through Enerbank and they cannot give you a yes or no about receiving the check...unacceptable for a business

WORST BANK EVER! DO NOT BANK HERE. There's ALWAYS an issue with this bank. ALWAYS. They are not up to date with the times either. I always deposit my checks in this account because they give the option to get your funds immediately. Even with the exorbitant fee for such service, I always paid it for the convenience but boy oh boy. Regions Bank does NOT care about their customers at all. I didn't have overdraft and I had 131.00 in my account there was a charge that went through for 1425.09 not even alert or anything when I called to ask how this happen they couldn't give me an answer told me it would take 10 business days to investigate. I don't know anyone that can go 10 days without access to their money.
