Horrible service! Staff is not friendly and wait times are ridiculous. Can never just get what you need done on the fly, it's always different rules that come up.
Excellent on every level. Fast, easy, efficient, pleasant reps, super easy to get on the line. Too bad there's no Enerbank cable TV or Enerbank Health insurance. I wish everything in life were this simple.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences of my life. My wife and I decided to go solar a few years back. The original talks with the representative of Envirosolar showed that with our 770 credit, we would get the 12 month same-as-cash, and if not it would default to a 5 year note, at around 10%. We got the GOV rebate put down thousands ahead of time (didn't payoff), and were told that the payoff balance would reflect our investments. Not only did it not, it added to our payoff.
