I have been paying this company for a home repair for the past 6 years. I am sent a monthly statement and they galdly accept my payment. I needed information for completing taxes. No account information (payments, interest paid, balance) was available through the website. The only way to get that information was to call and talk with a representative. Then to get the information it had to be copied and mailed. No access to email. The representative said the file was too large to email (???). Recommendation: Find a different ... read more
Worst bank I have ever used there outrages with there overdraft fees and will not waive them even on your first overdraft
I have been a Regions Bank customer for over 10 years. Recently I noticed that they were charging me a monthly fee because I was not using my debit card more then 10 times a month. I have a checking account and a money market account with them. Due to the pandemic I am unable to leave my home so of course I am not using it as much as I did before. I am also 70 years old and live on Social Security so any money that I "lose" affects me. Do not bank with Regions, as they do not care about their customers!

Great customer service, easy application process. Interest rate is competitive for this kind of loan. Online interface easy to use, but only records payments made online, not mailed payments. (Otherwise would give it 5 stars)

I'm trying to close on a house at the moment to better myself and my family's situation however, I haven't heard anything back from the underwriting team at Regions bank on the status of my closing date. This has been a very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Banks are people. When you deal with EnerBank, you are dealing with people whi know how to make dreams come true. My dream took decades, EnerBank made it happen fast. It's the bank that makes dreams come true.
I am thankful that EnerBank offers interest-free financing for a year- we had a home emergency we weren't prepared for (our fault) and needed to take out a loan to replace our water heater. Super easy to get approved and they've been great about sending reminders every month that aren't pressuring at all. My only complaint would be their online portal, which for some reason does not show the balance remaining on the loan.
