I have never had such a hard time getting a customer service representative on the phone. I am currently sitting at THIRTY MINUTES of hold time waiting for someone to answer the phone. This is unacceptable. I wouldn't even need to call in the first place if their website features for recovering passwords worked. I tried on three separate occasions to reset my password and received NO EMAILS like the website stated it would send. Unacceptable! I will be researching other banks to do business with.

I am so pleased to have been granted credit. I feel compelled to explain why I am making needed improvements to our home! My husband has ******** and I want to keep him home! So I have made those necessary changes just to accommodate a wheel chair usage in and out of rooms where access would have been limited! So I appreciate immensely what EnerBank has done for our family! I am so very thankful! *************

Quick and easy process. (yes it is easy when my credit score in well into the 800's). On the application date it was 826 (or 828). But they always had a short wait time when I had to call, unlike your ***** company.

I took out a loan "12/months same as cash" on the recommendation of my Solar Salesman from ***************, and I had absolutely zero issues. The loan was paid to my Solar company on time and my Solar has been installed. Now it's up to me to make sure the loan gets paid back within the designated 12 months to incur NO interest. Enerbank (now Regions) called me to make sure my Solar was installed to my liking.

Stephanie W***** at the Regions Bank in Crossville, TN signed us up for a fixed anunity which we thought was with Regions and when I saw the word Reliance on the papers we signed, I asked her about Reliance. She never once said she was representing another company. She then said we would receive the policy in the mail from Reliance which we never ever received and to this day, have not heard from them. Application process was easy, decision to approve and fund the loan was fast, bank reps that we spoke with were courteous, friendly and covered all details that we needed to understand. Follow up to determine our satisfaction with home improvement project for which the loan was secured was timely. Great experience overall!

I have a very high opinion of enerbank. Setting up my loan was incredibly simple and when I needed to make a small adjustment to my credit line the customer service rep was not only very fast and knowledgeable, he helped me make sure everything was what I needed it to be. I was also impressed with a zero hold time for a representative. If I ever have the chance to work with this bank again in the future I will most certainly take it.
