Regions bank is without a doubt the worst financial institution I've ever dealt with! Their policies are simply created to pad their own wallets with no thought or concern on helping the customer. If you have a problem with Regions bank you are 100% on your own. If you go into the branch to resolve and issue they tell you to call the customer call center. When you try calling the customer support line the hold time as minimum 10 minutes, then you get randomly disconnected while waiting. I STRONGLY advice anyone to read the o... read more
Absolutely terrible. If you want very little customer service, no one to answer your questions, and hours on the phone for help, this is your bank!!!! I cannot even cancel my credit card with them easily. This is an example of a bank that grew too large, too fast. PLEASE bank locally if you want quick help and peace of mind.

Called for a payoff, as EnerBankUSA does not post on website. Nor do they include it on their statements in mail or online. I waited 25 minutes to finally received the payoff amount. Tried to pay on their website and received error message stating the amount was over allowed amount. Reduce to allowed amount and got error message my bank would not allow. - This last turned out to be false statement per my bank. GOT THE QUESTIONS ANSWERED AS NEEDED, BUT HOLD TIME, PLUS BEING DISCONNECTED TWICE, NOT GOOD.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. After waiting months to receive the title to my automobile from Regions after I paid off my loan, and after making a number of very time consuming telephone calls to Regions national customer service to inquire about my title, I am both disappointed in and upset with Regions Bank which not only, through its incompetence and negligence, lost the title to my automobile but now has the gall to tell me that it is my responsibility, and at my time and expense, to obtain a duplicate title.
