I have experienced the worst customer service at Regions Bank located on 7 South Vandeventer. I deposited a large check and was given a printout of dates that the funds would become available. I tried to withdraw funds on the first date on the agreement page given to me by the bank teller and was told I couldn't make the withdrawal. Apparently, the Fraudulent Department placed an additional hold on the check without given me proper notice. They should tell you that they are basically a title loan. They give you no information about your loan they do not tell you that when you take a loan and you agree to a certain amount the gains interest every month on top of what your paying. they set up the payment options to best suit them And the interest it gains. SCAM ARTIST!! Do not do a loan through them. Better options through a bank or credit union. They talk a good game till you call them out.

When I thought I was finally finished with paying off my loan Lo behold the problems first begun. I made an overpayment and I am waiting for the Refund checks - everytime I call (waiting time min 25 minutes) the representative tells me the check is in the mail you should be getting it in 10 days. Last time I called (waiting another 25 minutes) the reps put me on hold for 15 minutes came back and advised me that he will switch my call to the management team . Zero Stars, Do NOTTTTT get a Credit Card/ POS machine from this group, Wireless terminal that we used cost $*** to buy, The Previous Owners were talked into a contract for 48 Months, at ***** a month. This was the contact we where recommended to use from our processing company. This company will make you finish your contract rate even if you have 23 months left on it. I have had a account with Regions for over 18 years. Checking account with Direct Deposit with over **k going in this account a month. I overdrafted my account 6 months ago due to a family emergency. I called my local Wetumpka Branch and talked to someone on Tuesday about refunding 2 of my overdrafts . I was told she would have to talk to the Branch Manager Rachel L***. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at a financial institution. Made a $****** deposit on Friday afternoon, and my funds still have not been verified or released. At this point, it's highway robbery. Now, they're wanting to hold it until NEXT TUESDAY. THIS IS A BANK OF ******* CHECK FROM *************. IT SHOULD BE A SIMPLE TRANSACTION. $* service fee every month. Pretty shady practices that made it difficult to pay my loan off. No responses to email support requests. Took me two weeks and sitting on hold multiple times (30+ minutes each) to get a payoff amount so I could pay my loan off.
