Customer service is horrible! No one answers the phone. You can not access payoff online. Will never use them again

We had a mortgage with this bank and ask them for a refinancing rate. They were 58s of a percent higher than another lender so we elected to use the other lender. Regions was paid off in full on 5/16/2020 and as of 7/16/2020 we have yet to receive the refund of funds in our escrow account. If you are considering using these company think again.
The job was done quickly, and efficiently. My yard was cleaned up very well. Workers and management were professional and accommodating. Finished product looked great!

Website is awful. Over three years have rarely gotten a person when calling.Always gave up holding. I now only owe them what I believe is $104.87 but since I can't get anyone on the phone, will set up LAST payment of $106.00 unless they answer my online request. Sent them an online request several months ago and they never replied. I recently had new heater installed and the contractor said they now deal with another company. That was good news.
Best service from a financial institution. Customers friendly, easy to work with, grate communications, and easy payment options.
