Interest on your loan starts accruing daily from the first disbursement of the home improvement loan, even though you are not set up with an account nor can you make a payment until a month or longer after the loan is fully disbursed. This is possibly the worst bank I've dealt with. First they allow others to cash a check in my name and are no help at all. Then in the beginning January I requested a Now Card directly from the app(because it gives that option) two weeks past and I hadn't receive it. So I called "customer care" and they were no help. Horrible banking institution! After having a relationship for over 7 years, my husband passed away and I totally forgot about incoming transactions which Regions paid but charged me 2 nsf fees. I asked if they could assist me in waiving those fees since I was in a hardship during that time with his passing, they said no.
