If I could give Regions 0 stars, I would. When I moved to Alabama from my hometown, my credit union wasn't available so I decided to go with Regions since they were conveniently located pretty much everywhere. As a college student working 2 jobs and taking full hours, I don't have a lot of extra free money. This month alone I have been charged over $300 in overdraft fees, multiple were when my card was locked when I knew my balance was getting low to avoid charges, and multiple for charges that did not make my balance go neg... read more

I'm with you Faye, K. I'm just curious why the bank isn't more transparent about letting the consumer see their current balance. It's my account, why can't the individual be more of the manager. That's why I elect to keep the paper statements coming to my home. That way you can better track the actual interest they are charging you between the payments on the actual current principle you are carrying at the time. ********** x current principle balance at the time = amount of interest being accrued per day between payme... read more

I count down the days to when my contract is up and I can move on from this company. They send invoices late and then call/harass me for payment when isn't received on time. They don't provide proper documentation when extra fee's are added to my bill and then harass me constantly for payment while I request this documentation. Of course they want me to go to auto-payment but why would I grant a blank check to bill with a company that hasn't cared about the harassment they've put me through due to their bad habits.
