No customer service 100 percent disabled veteran. Just trying to make my monthly payment and this a run around. Even tried calling their collections department and no answer. You would think they would want their money. NO BAD CREDIT REPORTING OR I WILL FIRE BACK AS A DISABLED PERSON AND MAYBE DECLARE BANKRUPTCY AND WRITE THE WHOLE THING OFF........HOW ABOUT THEM APPLES ENERBANK ******.......

Very Frustrated with the lack of full transparency. I had an online account and paid my balance off in November of 2022. I get a letter in the mail on 3/27/2023 stating that they were billing me $125 additional dollars. When I called their customer service line, I was told that the payoff amount was $70.15. Yet when I logged into their website got a totally different amount due. No transparency. Nothing is the same on any of their interfaces and apparently no way to get a full payoff amount unless you call them directly. I a... read more
