Regions Bank, specifically the ********, ** location, but the Regions Bank Corporation in and of itself is horrible. Let me preface this review by stating that both my parents, several of my friends, and even my son left Regions bank years ago due to their blatant incompetence and lack of quality service for all of their customers. Regions is over a loan Im working with the clients Im working with for a new home build. Im the *** On the job. She has lied several times about the way we would move forward. She had told me she would accept certain documentation only to later change her mind to not accept it. Which caused major problems. She is not cut out for the job she has and should be a teller and nothing more. In her position one should never lie and cause problems between the home owner and the builder.
