The loan process was quick and easy. Payment online is difficult and they stopped paper bills without my knowledge and dinged my credit report for a late payment. Yes, my fault, but they wouldn’t work with me to change report.

They are very transparent and easy to work with. It felt great to work with a company that wanted me to get the equipment I needed to grow. I would recommend them to any small business that is commonly overlooked by traditional banks. The decisions were fast and allowed me to complete my purchases without waiting in limbo for days.

My son is in the United States Army. During his time in basic training there was over $3000 stolen from his account to which the police department proved it was fraud. Regions refunded his money, then after 30 days came back and took all of the money back from him. reports were filed suspects were identified yet Regions being the crooked bank they are still has not returned his money back to him. Regions bank will not help military members and our entire family will be closing our accounts and I will start a social media cam... read more

I am now wondering how the BBB gave this company an A+ rating. I can't make extra payments online, I never see any record of how the extra payments were applied to the loan or what the payoff amount is. It's like you're gonna be paying interest no matter how many payments you make a month. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I agreed to pay a certain amount for the work I had done. If it goes to full term I'll probably pay far more than what I agreed too. I never knew about interest accruing everyday when I signed ... read more

I have taken out a Loan from Enerbank through my Contractor here in PA in Aug 2020...My 1st invoice said 1st payment due Nov 2020 Realizing All loans acrue Interest from the time they are Recieved I made 3 Payments and None of the Next 3 Invoices Reflected any of those payments, There is No way to see your Account on Their Website which once you establish a Link to see your acct is Rejected when attempting to enter User and Password Info which then asks for your email to recover either and then the Screen comes right back to... read more

Well, they did give us a loan for a $17,000 part on our truck. Problem is, they then put a lein on the title to our truck, when we had collateral and both their contract and their policy is that only loans of $25,000 or more will initiate a lien. ThatÂ’s the first thing. Second thing is, after paying off the loan they never did give us the title or sign off on the lein. Now, years later comes the third issue. Even after two months the company admitted to loosing my order, Regions would not issue a refund. Walmart got involved & ordered the company to refund the money. Do Not Depend on Regions Card Services.

Literally impossible to make an online payment, as they tell you ONLY internet explorer works for their payment site, which it doesn't. Worst customer operability I have ever seen :(
