Accidentally put in a couple of checks in my Regions checking account from an account my husband had closed. They charged a bunch of fees but the capper is - Regions closed *my* account WITHOUT TELLING ME. They sent statements in the mail with pictures of the bad checks but no email, no letter no phone call that said anything at all about an account closure. When I drove by to make another deposit I was left to wait for an age before they finally told me my account was closed - when I called to find out how to get the money ... read more

We had a wonderful experience with Ascentium and our representative, Andrew. He was friendly, helpful, professional, and patient. Taking out a line of capital can be an intimidating process, but he made it easy. The application form was simple and transparent. We were able to get a competitive rate and good terms. Andrew answered all of our questions and provided assistance throughout the whole process. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

They are horrible. I’m still Trying to resolve a problem with them. I have paid them off and they are still garnishing my wages. Now I have to get a lawyer and sue them.

Easy loan process! 12 months no interest! Best option by far for remodeling projects not needing to use a credit card, utilize your Home Equity or refinancing a mortgage. KML

Trying to reach someone at this company to confirm the pay off on my loan. Unable to get a statement online to see what the balance is. I paid it off about 6 weeks ago but got a *friendly reminder* text message that my payment was past due this past weekend? My credit is very important to me and maintaining my score in todays world is even more important!!! If you expect decent customer service, don't work with this company. Grrrr!!!

Started out good, very helpful and rates are good. Now don’t know why they call it customer service when they don’t answer. Seven phone calls been on hold a total of six hours, and two emails, with no response. Sat on hold for an hour and a half straight!! You would think a bank would want money, especially in the current financial situation. I would like to say they are a good bank but their customer service has ruined it.

I don't understand why I can't see my balance online. If you fix that I would give you more stars. Seems off if you are not upfront.

Horrible!!! No matter what time you call morning, afternoon or evening. No one will take your call. I have spoken to my contractor and told him if he will use this bank I will not do business with them. I am letting everyone know about this! You call about your loan and they do not even bother to take your call. The online portal is terrible! No loan balance, nothing!!!! This bank is using COVID as an excuse!

Since at least 7/2019, EnerBank has been "developing this process over the years," but somehow still hasn't managed to provide a way for loan account holders to check their balance - to simply check their outstanding loan balance - online or some way other than calling a person at EnerBank.I've been on hold for 35+ minutes now, and counting, just to find out my balance.
