Great Bank to do business with!
I've been with regions a little over three years and they have been nothing but great if I had any problems they made sure things got back on track I can't see myself going to another bank
Unprofessional so dramatic.. I walked in with one of my residents who had a lil trouble walking one of the staff members acted as if I was gonna let him fall all the staff members was looking... another one of my residents walked in who also banks there he grabbed like 8 suckers an she yelled out he took all the suckers it was embarrassing very unprofessional you suppose to treat people with kindness especially the ones that bank with you we were treated like we we're a big problem
I was racially profiled for having money in my account. I went to the bank to withdraw a lump sum of my money from my account because cashapp was down and the teller told me she didn’t feel comfortable giving it to me due to the amount. I had to go through numerous phone calls with the fraud department and the branch to explain that the money belonged to me because she lied and put a note on my account saying it’s on hold for fraudulent activity, but when I talked to the fraud department they said they didn’t see anything wr... read more
