My daughter was hurting real bad in her kidney area and was vomiting, she has had a kidney removed, a heart attack and a stroke, after being looked at we were sent to the nasty, loud waiting room for 5 hours and then in the back for 3 more. They told her all her vitals were normal and discharged her. She is still in a lot of pain and I don't know what to do...if anyone is monitoring this, a little compassion and understanding would help a lot.
If you have insurance your treatment is more than likely great. I have no insurance and I asked my dr. that came in my room about my chest ex ray. I was wondering if there was anything I should have checked out. He precedes to tell me that I'm not to use the er for a family doctors office.
I went there at 11:50 and had an appointment at 12:00, but I sat in the waiting room until about 2:30 b-4 I was called back to a room, I then was in there about an hour, fell asleep until they came back in. They gave me an antibiotic to take and said they were backed up as usual. They finally got me in to the Urologist to do my test that takes less than 5 minutes once you get prepped. Very rude nurses etc working over nights. I have been calling for a nurse no one has responded its been an hr .i was told youre not an emergency. I really do not like this hospital today. Im hurting im thirsty cant get no help
