My boyfriend was in the burn unit for two weeks, although he has no complaints, I found one Nurse that was Very Unprofessional, a friend & my daughter was visiting and this Nurse was calling him BABY DOLL, HONEY, SWEETIE, CUTIE PIE!!!!! It was all we could do to stay silent! And if I had it to do over again I would complain!!! She was very Forgetful, carried his pain meds in her pocket for an hour, he finally got another nurse to find her!! And several other things! I felt more could have been done like blood work or skin tested. Not to hear a child with blue lips and raw hands you can't do anything for.
This was my second time there and everyone was great!
The WORST hospital in Memphis. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Expect to wait at least 10hrs before being seen by an ER doctor.
It's ok their doctors are amazing and and the only thing I don't like is the waiting game ugh other than that it's ok
My grandson was recent patient , and every one there was so very nice to us, and staff was wonderful. Would recommend this Hospital to everyone.
its highley un organized had an appt monday with one dr derm then was supposed to communicate with another they didnt complete waste of time spent an hour in traffic and was said oh im sorry,, "i work here its not always easy to get things done in order" always a problem the woman at check out while i had discharge papers in hand i asked for a parking ticket asked if i had an appt,,, i was only person in clinic
