Calling to make an appointment for my first time, I was treated unprofessionally and rudely by the person making the appointment. She asked me a question and I misunderstood the question so instead of rephrasing the question, she laughed at me. ���

My birthing experience through ROH’s midwifery program was phenomenal! Every program coordinator and Certified Nurse Midwife was knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely had my and my unborn child’s best interest at heart. The team encouraged me to take control of my birthing experience and honored the decisions I made in my birthing plan. I had a very bad motorcycle crash 8/7/2017. The Med took great care of me. I was in pain and very irritated but the nurses understood. The doctors did a really great job on my broken wrist. Broken shoulder. Broken Ankle and a Burst fracture on L5. I will always have arthritic pain but I’m already back to work as a motorcycle mechanic. They had my insurance pay as in network. They calmed me down every time I stressed about the bills.
