THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE SEEN THE DOCTORS LIE AND COME BACK AND CHANGE WHAT THEY SAID U ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIFE I WAS SICK AS HECK DUE TO HYPOTHYROIDISM UNDERACTVE AND ON TOP OF THAT DEGENERATIVE DISEASE SO ITS LIKE THEY TRY TO PUSH U OUT THE DOOR QUICKLY IF U DONT HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE IM VERY SICK AND STILL IS
I sent my friend here, telling her they would help. They put her down for chronic pain and said they couldn’t do anything. All she needs is a mri or ct scan on her back to see what’s going on. They have turned her away three times now with no answers. She can sit , stand or lay down , and they refuse to do anything to help her and the last lady she talked to said she was rude, sorry lady people get irritated when they have been in pain for days. i really wish i couldve had my baby else where, i guess i would expect this from a hos[ital in memphis, THE WORST! im sitting here like a lost soul dont know what is going on, no answers or anything, all i wanted to know is what happned to my baby, how, no doctors sat to explain anything! my nurses in labor and delivery were the best! that was the only pleasant part other then that it was horrible i feel as if i was there to get my baby out and be rushed home, never have i ever had a baby that ate at night and 7 that morning... read more
Mind you these are only The problems that occurred after i was discharged. The staff on the 5th Floor disposed of my keys.. G.i. booked me an appointment that lasted about 4 hours (keep in Mind im in a wheel chair) for them to tell they don't know why i am even there. Lastly i was written a prescription at my plastic surgeon appointment. The first prescription wasn't accepted due to the regional one not putting the proper info on my prescription.. I hated this hospital the service was very very bad the staff attitude was very nasty the time was there my room barely got clean the food service was nasty too,i will never ever come back to this hospital as a patient got treat so bad.
