my fiancee was admitted on 6.22.19 with a brain injury. he was released on 6.26.19. discharge instructions are very vague. We have tried several times to get in touch with his doctors office to ask about care at home. No one has returned calls. This is not a injury you can put a bandaid on and go on about life. I will not recommend a hospital to anyone that you can not in touch with a doctors office when you have a serious injury.
Awful people. Son is Autistic, we have been waiting on text results for a week. They say the doctor is out of town, put you on hold for an hour till they close at 4:30 then disconnect the call. Their answering service is just as bad. They treat their patients awful. Stay away
Brought a close friend into the ER on ambulance. Was separated. 2 hrs later can not see him as his only local advocate! It’s like 1950 called and they want their protocols back. Unreal. Unacceptable!
Had an emergency csection. Was told one thing but they did another, ended up having a horrible infection. They never brought my medicine on time or any food or water. When I needed water or I asked for coffee several times I had to get my friends when they were around otherwise I didn’t get it. The last day I was there I never spoke to the doctor had asked all day for him to come in and explain why he still wanted me to stay after I was told the day before I would be released the next morning he didn’t show up till 6 and ref... read more
RecommendedState of the art medical center and wonderful staff.
i just had a csection here. this is the worst experience i have ever had. not only did the staff not have my medicine dispensed correctly, after discharged i had to walk with 3 heavy bags, no nurse would even wheel me downstairs. i am disgusted with this place and hope no other mom has this awful experience. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!
You guys lost my personal information & never want to do your jobs every experience I’ve had there absolutely terrible!! There’s more but I’ll stop before I get ahead of myself.

Husband was brought here due to a fall that resulted in broken hip. Arrived on a Monday. Surgery completed Wednesday. Time in ER was 11 hours! Admitted to 5th floor to await surgery. Nurses are slow to give scheduled pain meds, with at times an hour delay to the point my husband had tremors from the intense pain he felt. This occurred daily!! And Nightly!!
