Having already communicated with the hospital about my "grievance" and receiving a "thanks for letting us know where we can improve..." I find their response incredulous. Writing down the wrong dosage of a needed daily medicine (that was written correctly on the bottle I provided) and then communicating this same dosage to my rehab facility. I have been to Bayonet Point Hosp. several times and I have had the BEST of care. I've had surgery's and been to the ER. We have nothing but praise for the doctors and nursing. Thanks, Bayonet Point!!!
I have never experienced compassion for a patient and their family like I have the past 5 days! The level of care, professionalism and empathy provided to my mother and I during her recovery, along with laughter and heartfelt love by her nursing and aide staff, truly made an extended hospital stay as enjoyable as possible with more than broken limbs healing! I am eternally grateful to Corey, Jenn, Denise, Danielle, Michelle, Maria and others who worked with us. We love you!
I had to have a cardiac catheterization yesterday and I could not be more pleased with the care I received. Needless to say I was very apprehensive about my procedure but everyone, especially the nurses/ LPNs, went above and beyond to put me at ease. Thank you Maurice, Jennifer, Craig, Marcus, Alicia, and all of you that helped to care for me.
