My Emergency Room doc, Victor Randolph, was amazing. After transfer to a room following emergency appendix surgery - my stay was horrible. They obviously don't have enough nurses.

Spent 14-days (December 2015-January 2016) in ICU and ICU Trauma Step Down - excellent care, outstanding surgeons, doctors, nurses and dining services! Literally life-saving!! I was brought to the hospital as a trauma transfer (from Trinity Medical, who was disappointing less than supportive and attentive, another story) - the care I received in the ER, ICU and ICU Trauma Step-Down was remarkable. The support and encouragement was bare-non! I would refer family and friends there without a doubt!

BAYONET POINT HOSPITAL.....URGENT!!!!!!!!! This 38 year old kid needs a heart repair...No doctor incuding this hospital wantsto do anything but let him hang on with a ventilator BECAUSE!!!!straight out of a cardiologists mouth ,he doesnt have INSURANCE...please help with resources...people or places to call.....thank you

With as many different hospitals my husband has been to, I always prepare myself to be unhappy when he has a long stay.... however, that hasn't been the case here. This is his 11th day, and the leader nurses, nurses, and CNA's are all wonderful. He has very hard veins to hit, and His first time getting a blood test here the nurse had been employed at this same hospital since 1991 and hit the vein first try. His picc team was one nurse that had been doing nothing but picc's for 10 years, and also did a quick and amazing job. ... read more

This facility seems antiquated. Staff was nice, but impersonal. They seemed a little slow to act and they were not busy at the time. They did have a big donut party that seemed to be the primary focus to the incoming staff... If I had a very serious condition, I would insist on going to a different location. For simpler things, it's ok.

I sit here, Easter Sunday, after having driven an hour to see my son who is in step down after a car wreck. I arrived at 11:30 and was told that visiting hours begin at noon. I told the nurse that I was his Dad and she suggested that I go get a cup of coffee and wait until noon. I can understand having rules, but for heaven sake, there are exceptions to these rules and I would say that this is one of them. Absolutely ridiculous!

I took pictures of your disgusting emergency room they are on my Facebook so people can see. I have never ever been in the hospital as dirty as yours . The pictures are from wiping the armrest of the chair that I sat in, very disgusting, also of the kiosk and bathroom. I shouldn't be using my wipes to clean your hospital because it should already have been clean. Now the wait time was 5 hours and I still was not seen by a doctor. My husband has to wake up at 5 o'clock in the morning to go to work, we could not wait anymore.
