Went for an appointment on 3-11-25, had a 5 minute instruction and 30 minutes of paperwork to tell me how much I would owe if i failed to bring the equipment back. The next day she checked to make sure they had data and told me they would be in contact very soon. 1st week....crickets, no info. Home sleep test smells like cigarettes, now my bed smells like an ash tray. The batteries in my unit were dead when I woke up at 3am. You'd think with how much energy and time your customers put forth on taking the test, You would at least put two new AAA batteries in the damn unit and wipe the cigarette smell off of it. The first unit they gave me was superglued together and broke apart mid test. Incompetence at its peak. I'm tired, upset, and frustrated with this place.
