The staff seemed nice enough. Their billing practices, however, are deplorable. $300 for a simple port flush that moffitt charges $20 for. I had made multiple phone calls prior to my appointment to find out what my copay would be in order to make the decision as to whether to drive to Moffitt for the flush or not, but after zero return phone calls i naively decided to trust Regional Cancer Center would be decent. My mistake. It will not happen again.
