I had a scheduled new patient appointment for my toddler. We waited well over an hour for the appointment and still no one came to see us. As I was walking out, without being seen, the medical assistant came around the nurses station complaining that there were diapers in the trash from my kids who had been there for over an hour. Everyone was kind and helpful. The waiting room is very small. Didn’t seem to be enough room for all the people in line.
The front desk staff are rude and dismissive. The one with the lip piercing is trashy and ignorant. They act irritated and bothered by the patients they are there to help. Do not recommend.
Open 1 day a week for allergy shots and close without notification. Drove 30 minutes one way 3 weeks for no good reason.
