The nurses at the front desk are not friendly, not efficient, and could care less about the patient. They are always fooling around with eacho other, and make mistakes. They sent my child to do the wrong lab test for blood. They are very inefficient, and they blame the doctor for writting the wrong referral, when they are the ones to tell the doctor what referral the patient is asking to be written. I still can't believe they wrote the wrong referral for my child to get the wrong test done.
Excellent doctor! She has been my daughter's doctor since my daughter was an infant. My daughter is 17 years old now! Love her!

Rude staff, doctor doesn't spend enough time, maybe overlooks things Baby was sick, they made us wait 45 minutes when we had an appointment, staff was rude giving us looks as if we are a burden? Doc was finished with us in 2 minutes without clearly explaining the sickness or listening to us as if she was in a rush to be somewhere. I will not take my baby to such a place.
Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. Arkus Politis Pediatrics I have been going to Dr. Arkus and Dr. Politis ever since my twins were born in 2002. They have been excellent with my twin girls who are seven and my little boy who is three. This practice was recommended to me by my high risk physician after my girls were born. They take the time to talk to me and give my children their full attention whether I am going for a sick or well visit.
