Just have to vent. Been here all of three weeks and the WiFi has gone out at least twice a week. And these are not short WiFi outages either where it goes down for a couple of minutes these outages go on for HOURS like 7+ hours. Currently having a 12 hour outage as we speak! Very frustrating for students who during the summer are doing internships and summer courses, not only that when the WiFi is out so is the gate to the garage so they just leave it open which is a huge safety risk. So frustrated !!!
Our son lived at Regents West at 26th for three years while attending UT Austin, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The management team was always courteous, professional, and responsive, making the entire leasing process and his time there worry-free. The maintenance staff was outstanding; they responded quickly and kept his unit and the property in great condition. The door system is extremely problematic, it is 12:30 am and the garage door doesn’t open help . Not the first time this happens.
