Son just moved into Regents 26 and let me tell you...thanks to Kai and Victoria J. ALL this process went smoothly and his apartment was prepared and ready for him. Any adjustments or questions were handled very quickly and thoroughly. The management team truly seemed to care about the well being of my son even though the place was hopping and all people moving in. Kai is amazing to work with, super friendly, above and beyond, and very knowledgeable! Has my best interests in mind when helping me and giving advice.
Kai, the leasing agent, was exceptionally helpful, kind, polite, and patient. I want to give him above FIVE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! The management is blessed to have him as their agent. But the reason for a 4-star review is the way the management priced the monthly rent and all the other fees that almost it’s deceiving. They should be more honest upfront. My daughter hasn’t moved in yet. So I will write another review after she moves in.
Kai was amazing, friendly, kind and knowledgeable! It was such a great experience while trying to find the perfect place for my daughter!
