Our mom was a resident at Regents now Legacy for many years and we appreciate the supportive care she received from staff while there; first while undergoing rehabilitation from a hospital stay, then as a permanent resident.
Recently my client and friend, Ruth, died. She was two weeks shy of her 95th birthday and had been bedridden for many years. In 2018 she moved into Regents Park (now known as The Legacy) where she remained until her death. Because Ruth was bedridden, I assisted her in locating a skilled nursing facility and with the move in. If I could give this facility zero stars I would. They unsafe discharged my mother yesterday and she has be readmitted to the hospital today. I called them regarding supplies needed at home that they said were called in and as of right now I still don’t have them and the company they get them from has no order. They still haven’t called her prescriptions in either. I left a message with the administration and social worker today and never received a return call. And the food is disgusting. AVOID this place!
