Let me start out by saying I’ve lived at Regent Terrace for 6years. Four of those years in a one bedroom that rarely had any issue. I transferred to a two bedroom apartment and that’s when everything fell apart. In my second month of renting the two bedroom, it came to my attention that the hvac closet was extremely water damaged and had been before I moved in. This was once a good place to live and quickly went downhill hallways are nasty rodents and many bugs it's a headache. Parking is a war no parking at all and people park on the sidewalk just a mess and very sad.
